How healthy Self-Esteem Eliminates Procrastination

Healthy Self-Esteem and Solid Self-Confidence to counter procrastination are essential tools to do so.

What is procrastination? Simply put, it is postponement. So, we postpone having Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence and a positive Self-Image? Or do we postpone making money or even being kind to ourselves? Of course not! So, what is it a procrastinator does or does not? A procrastinator does not do NOW. Period.

There are many different kinds of procrastinators, yet, they all have ONE thing in common: they all are wasting time looking for, and finding reasons, and even create grandiose excuses to not do what they need to do. Are you a procrastinator? Are you waiting for orders, not making decisions, and / or finding excuses of any kind- just so you do not have to do ‘it’? Or do you depend on others to do, and take no initiative? Always waiting for something? Does any of this sound familiar? STOP wasting your precious time!

Just embrace these five actions: Fire, Hire, ID, Do, and B!

Action one: ‘Pink slip’ procrastination NOW!

Action two: Hire THE most successful life coach- Self-Esteem. Defeat procrastination by boosting your Self-Esteem; find time for your SELF, not for yourself, no- I mean for your SELF! Pamper, love, praise, respect, and enjoy, your SELF. Visualize, meditate, listen to calming music, light a candle; and MAKE TIME for your Self.

Action three: Identify what's really important to you. Turn unexpected challenges into opportunities which develops your self-confidence. Implement action one and two.

Action four: Do take control of your life NOW, once and for all.

Action five: Be your beautiful, confident Self.
